Your books are up to date-ish… but something isn’t right.
Maybe accounts haven’t been reconciled correctly, transactions are duplicated or miscategorized, old balances are hanging around, or your financial reports just don’t make sense. Clean up bookkeeping digs into what’s already there, identifies the problem, and corrects them.
Clean Up May Include
Reviewing and correcting prior bookkeeping
Fixing categorization and reconciliation issues
Cleaning up your chart of accounts
Investigating incorrect or unusual balances
Addressing duplicate or inaccurate transactions

Before providing a quote, I’ll review your QuickBooks (or whatever bookkeeping system you use!) to understand what’s behind, what needs to be correct, and how much work it will take to get everything back on track.
You’ll receive a clear project scope and price before any work begins. No surprise invoices halfway through the project.

Fill out a quick form and schedule a complimentary discovery call. You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong with your books, that’s what I’m here to help figure out!
2. Let’s Talk!
We’ll chat about your business, how you’ve been handling bookkeeping, and what you know (or suspect!) needs attention.
3. I’ll Review Your Books
With access to your QuickBooks, I’ll take a closer look at the current state of your bookkeeping and determine what needs to be caught up, corrected, or cleaned up.
4. You’ll Receive a Project Plan
I’ll outline what needs to be done, your project price, and an estimated timeline before we get started.
5. We Get Your Books Back on Track
I’ll work through the clean up or catch up and keep you updated along the way. Once we’re finished, we’ll review where your books stand and what comes next.
And Then?
Once your books are back in shape, you don’t have to end up right back where you started.
